New Years 2022. An unplanned day of adventures, started with no itinerary besides explore. Though not my first time in Chicago still a newer place I haven’t been too that many times. Besides my camera, you could probably tell I was a “tourist” by my lack of a coat, to me a crewneck sweatshirt was going to be more than enough. I was wrong.

Regardless still an amazing city with beautiful buildings and atmosphere, one of my weakest areas in photography is night photography, the image above I took as we were trying to make it back to our train before departure. While there is nothing particularly special with the photo. I really like how the city naturally fades into the snowy sky rather than just black from lack of visibility.
